At one point in my Australia planning, I was more concerned with getting a photo of me holding a koala bear than anything else. Apparently, koala bears frequently carry syphilis and holding koala bears is considered traumatic in to koalas in New South Wales, so it is now outlawed. I knew that New South Wales was a jackpot of natural beauty. I saw some other photos on Instagram of the Blue Mountains. I wondered how close we could actually get to them and how beautiful they would be in real life. I signed up for a full day tour of the mountain that included 6 stops with all different perspectives of the rock formations. There is not much more to write in this post.
